Dating Don'ts

1. Don't settle for a boring mediocre date, you can make even simple things be fun if you are creative.

2. Don't think that going on a date with someone means you are his or hers forever.

3. Don't drive your date crazy by saying, "I don't care where we eat" and then proceed to veto his/her choice because you don't like it. You could say, "I like pizza but I don't like Chinese", to give him/her some direction. If he/she has already made reservations to someplace that doesn't sound good to you keep it to yourself unless you can be extremely tactful. Remember, you are going out with the person not a meal.

4. Don't dress inappropriately. Always ask you date how you should dress.

5. Don't send mixed messages, this means don't act one way but say something else.

6. Don't assume that he or she knows what you are thinking or what you like, very few people really have telepathy.

7. Don't go into a house alone with your date.

8. Never, never enter a bedroom alone with one of the opposite sex.

9. Don't neck or pet.

10. Never park on a lonely road with just the two of you alone.

11. Don't read pornographic literature.

12. Don't attend R- or X- rated movies, and avoid drive-ins as a single date.

13. Don't spend time in drinking or gambling establishments.

14. Don't forget to say thank you to your date whether you enjoyed yourself or not.
